Meetings

The Covenants Committee meets virtually every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 3:00 PM from March – October.  Fewer meetings may be held during the winter months, so please check the calendar, or call the HOA office.  All meetings are open to Belmont residents!

Responsibilities

• Promulgating design standards, rules and regulations, subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
• Approving, disapproving or modifying applications submitted by homeowners for exterior changes to homes or lots.
• Monitoring the compliance with design standards and use restrictions.
• Enforce the Association design guidelines, rules and regulations.
