Meetings

The Grounds & Facilities Committee meets virtually the first Monday of each month at 9:00 AM. All meetings are open to Belmont residents!

Responsibilities

Providing the Board of Directors with recommendations regarding

  • Specifications and scope of services for services and maintenance such as landscaping, snow removal, trash collection, facility management, and enhancements
  • Facilities, during the preparation of the annual budget
  • Policy for use of the Facilities which are owned and maintained by the Association
  • Rules and regulations pertaining to the use of the grounds and facilities
