SERVICE DAYS: Trash is collected weekly on Monday and Thursday. Recycling is collected weekly on Thursday. Yard waste is collected on Wednesday for those located outside the gate, and upon request for those located inside the gate. Please stage all items for collection at the curb the night before, or not later than 6:00 a.m., on your pickup day.
CONTAINERS: Republic Services will provide the following trash and recycling containers for use by the homeowners:
• Cart Delivery Fees:
$10.00 per container
One-time fee or the delivery fee can be added to the rate additional $0.56 per unit.
• Single-family homes:
One wheeled 96-gallon trash container and One wheeled 96-gallon recycling container
• Townhouses:
One wheeled 64-gallon trash container and
One wheeled 96-gallon recycling container (Toter)
Homeowners are responsible for the care and cleaning of their containers. There is a
$75.00 replacement charge to residents for each Toter that is lost, stolen or damaged by any means other than normal wear and tear. Additional recycling bins are available for a one-time fee of $10.00. Container fees must be prepaid by the homeowner prior to delivery.

MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE (MSW): – serviced weekly on Monday and Thursday. MSW should be set out the night before service, and no later than 6:00 a.m. on the scheduled service day in the appropriate trash cart and set as the curb or designated area as mutually agreed upon by both parties. Republic Services will provide wheeled carts and service waste properly secured in the appropriate toter with the lid closed. Republic Services reserves the right to service and charge for additional debris placed at the curb. There will be a charge for the replacement of containers and/or equipment lost or damaged due to abuse or neglect of any resident.
RECYCLING: serviced weekly on Thursday. Recycling should be set out the night before service, and no later than 6:00 a.m. on the scheduled service day in the 96gal recycle cart and set at night at the curb or designated area as mutually agreed upon by both parties. Recycling materials deemed and accepted and/or mandated by the County/City/Municipality and the recycling processors, will be collected. Republic Services will provide a gal. toter and service recycling properly secured in the container with the lid closed. Republic Services reserves the right to service and charge for additional debris placed at the curb. There will be a charge for the replacement of containers and/or equipment lost or damaged due to abuse or neglect of any resident.
YARD DEBRIS: Yard-waste should be requested by email to [email protected], and set out the night before service, and no later than 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, the scheduled service day and set at the curb or designated area as mutually agreed upon. Weekly removal of up to ten (10) individual bags, containers, or bundles per collection day, per resident. Brush may be limited to individual pieces or bundles of no greater than fifty (50) pounds in weight, four (4) feet in length, and no piece larger than six (6) inches in diameter. Yard-waste includes leaves, grass, or brush in a separate container (reusable container or paper bag). Yard waste does not include any materials arising from tree removal, land clearing, or development activities (i.e.- hired landscaping contractors).
COUNTY REGULATIONS: The following items will NOT be collected: liquids of any kind, asbestos, ammunition, fuel tanks, hazardous waste, infectious or medical waste, petroleum contaminated soil, radioactive waste, dead animals, manure, dangerous acids, caustics, explosives, or other dangerous material or items too large or too heavy to be loaded safely into the collection vehicles.
EXCLUDED WASTE: Rocks, concrete, dirt, tires, soil, sod, tree stumps, paint, motor oil, combustibles, toxic or hazardous wastes, or any other material excluded from disposal site, or any applicable state or federal law, as being deemed special, hazardous, or toxic wastes. Additionally, flammable products, dead animals, fecal matter, manure, brick, landscaping timbers, friable asbestos, lead acid/ wet cell batteries, bio-hazardous material, needles, and other medical waste.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: If weather conditions prevent the safe collection of the communities’ disposal, a notification will be sent out with service status. The service will be moved to the next regularly scheduled collection day, we will collect up to TWO times the regular amount of garbage, yard waste and extra recycling.
HOLIDAYS: Republic Services will operate all holidays except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. Holiday tree collection will be provided to all homeowners during the 1st two weeks in the month of January. All trees over 8 feet in length will need to be cut in half and free of ornaments and tinsel/garland before being placed at the curb.
